  • Up to £600 (inc VAT) of need available
  • Based on a rolling 12 month period
  • Paid directly to the supplier of the goods or services required

Easy Referral

You need to be referred by one of the following:

  • GP Social Subscriber
  • Social Worker
  • A Church or School
